Gate Concierge We are seeking a professional and courteous Gate Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be attentive, well-presented, and focused on delivering a welcoming and secure experience at all times. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage entry and exit procedures for vehicles and guests Verify visitor information and maintain accurate access records Monitor gate operations and report any security or maintenance concerns Coordinate with security, management, and housekeeping teams as needed Provide directions, information, and support to guests and residents Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer service mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting Previous experience in hospitality, security, or customer service preferred If you take pride in creating a positive first impression and maintaining a secure, organized environment, we’d love to hear from you.
