Job Title: Camp Manager About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of all facilities, manage staff effectively, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, facilities, and logistics Supervise, train, and manage camp staff to ensure efficiency and high standards of service Monitor and maintain camp infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory control Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and suppliers Ensure the well-being and safety of all camp residents Prepare reports and maintain accurate records as required Requirements: Previous experience in camp management, hospitality, or facilities management Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CV and a cover letter
