Boutique and Gallery Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in the boutique and art gallery with exceptional service. Drive retail sales by providing product knowledge and styling advice. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and daily sales reports. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organisation of the boutique and gallery space. Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash-ups. Promote local artisans and exclusive lodge merchandise. Requirements: Previous retail or gallery sales experience in a luxury or hospitality setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sales acumen and attention to detail. Neat, professional appearance and a friendly, guest-oriented attitude. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Computer literate (POS and stock systems experience beneficial). Passion for fashion, design, and/or local art will be advantageous.
