Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in daily operations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene Help with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management Ensure consistent food quality and portion control Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef Requirements: Minimum 23 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food preparation Good organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred Flexible schedule, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
