Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead and train front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle any service issues professionally Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation in collaboration with the culinary team Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and staff schedules Analyze financial reports and assist in achieving revenue and cost targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Requirements: Minimum 35 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage high-pressure situations Knowledge of food and beverage trends, POS systems, and inventory control Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
