Responsibilities Position based in a level 1 trauma center Interventional Radiology department Work in 5 IR rooms, including Siemens Artis Z single and biplane, Philips Azurion, and a C Arm suite Responsibilities include covering IR, Neuro IR, Neuro surgery intervention, and Vascular surgery cases Case mix includes emergent trauma, stroke interventions, aneurysm coiling, pipeline stent placements, AVM treatments, urologic interventions, liver procedures, dialysis access, and embolizations Frequent use of Jet stream, Angiojet, CSI, IVUS, and Penumbra revascularization systems Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for a 13 week contract No local candidates accepted; 75-mile radius rule in effect Responsibilities include coverage of neuro intervention, vascular surgery, and mid-level procedures such as Mediport placements and line management Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity trauma environment with emergent case coverage Use advanced imaging and intervention equipment and systems Dress code and specific compliance requirements may apply Requirements Active ARRT certification with at least 1 year of IR experience Current BLS certification required Graduate of an A.M.A. approved school of Radiologic Technology Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma center experience within the last 2 years License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-638899.
