Construction Superintendent (Mechanical and Plumbing)

Job Description Job Description ColonialWebb is looking to hire an MEP Superintendent. The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to oversee change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex projects. This responsibility includes supervising day to day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with applicable contractual agreements and company budget objectives.
