Valet

The purpose of a Valet is to provide customers with a safe, secure, and efficient parking service. They are responsible for greeting customers, parking and retrieving their vehicles, and providing assistance with any related services. They must also ensure that all areas of the parking lot are kept clean and orderly. Valets must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other staff, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Valet Duties Greet customers, park and retrieve customer vehicles, inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues Keep area organized and clean; maintain order in the parking lot Open and close vehicle doors for customers Provide directions and information to customers Explain parking lot regulations Valet Requirements Greet guests and parking vehicles in a professional manner Provide vehicle retrieval and valet services to customers Assist customers with luggage Ensure safety of guests and vehicles at all times Personal Traits Customer Service Oriented Trustworthy Organized Presentable Ability to Multi-Task
