Sr Receptionist & Switchboard Administrative Support Mentor, OH (Onsite with free parking ) 12/08/2025 - 07/31/2026 Shift: Mon-Fri; 8 AM to 5 PM EST Interview: Onsite Note: This position is a hybrid role. Part of the time, the candidate will be supporting reception duties at the clients front desk. The rest of the time, they will be assisting in our mailroom. Again, this is not a pure reception position. Lifting is minimal and they will be working along side other employees. Job Responsibilities Support reception duties at the client's front desk Assist in the mailroom alongside other Ricoh employees Not a pure reception position; responsibilities are split between front desk and mailroom Minimal lifting involved Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum 2 years of prior switchboard experience Skills & Abilities MS Office Suite experience preferred (especially Word and Excel) Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Working Conditions & Physical Demands Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise levels Daily contact within the department Occasional stress due to cyclical workload pressures Mostly sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (typically under 10 lbs) Regular use of basic tools and coordination (calculator, keyboard, hand tools) Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
