Job Description Job Description A service technician at Linco Water is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Install water filtration and softening systems in residential and commercial settings. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing equipment. Conduct water quality testing and provide recommendations based on results. Educate customers on product usage and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and inventory. Skills and Qualifications: Technical knowledge of plumbing and water treatment systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for customer interaction. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Work Environment: Primarily fieldwork at customer locations. May require lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions. Training and Certification: On-the-job training is typically provided. Certifications in water treatment or plumbing may be preferred or required. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of water treatment services.
