Project Manager with Security Clearance

Description PWS Title: Project Manager Location: San Diego Clearance Type: Secret This is a Part Time Position Roles and Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters * Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring contract deliverables are met on time and within scope * Supervise all instructor staff and ensure compliance with government and safety regulations * Act as the contractor's representative between 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. PDT, Monday through Friday * Designate and coordinate with an alternate who can fulfill managerial duties during absences * Provide regular status updates and reports to the Contracting Officer. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Four (4) years documented small boat experience in a maritime environment * Five (5) years of experience in contract management
