Pay Information $2,577 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of current experience in Labor & Delivery within a hospital setting, including operating room experience License: Valid state nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN, NRP Must-Have: - Experience with c-sections, vaginal deliveries, and triage - Ability to float to Client/Baby and Postpartum Care - Completed at least one travel assignment within the previous 12 months Description: This position offers same-day interviews. Qualified candidates should prepare to receive a call. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the management of care for patients. You will apply the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care. The unit accommodates 24 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:2. You will manage a variety of patient types, including those requiring c-sections and vaginal deliveries. Required work includes administering drips such as magnesium, insulin, and pitocin. Scrubs will be provided by the facility. Travelers will be required to float across multiple campuses. You will be required to work during winter holidays.
