Quality Systems Specialist with Security Clearance

Title: Quality Systems Specialist Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA Salary Range: $35 - $45/hr. Required Skills & Qualifications * Applicants must be able to work directly on W2 * Ability to obtain Security Clearance * 3 years of experience in quality assurance * 1 year of experience in reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and technical specifications * 3 years of experience in identifying hazardous working conditions and ensuring safety * 3 years of experience in repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes * 1 year of experience working from heights and using fall protection equipment * Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime Preferred Skills & Qualifications * Training and/or experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles * Familiarity with the C-17 platform * Experience with U.S. Army or Air Force maintenance practices * Experience partnering with customers to deliver services and products Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Review and validate product nonconformance and quality procedures * Perform analysis to ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements * Review production plans to integrate quality requirements * Ensure completion of modification plans Company Benefits & Culture * Inclusive and diverse work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package For immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex and share me your updated resume at
