Position: Recruiter Location: Utica, MI Pay: $18.00 per hour Uncapped Monthly Commission Type: Full-Time | In-Office Position Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and screen candidates using job boards, cold-calling, referrals, and social media Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience Build and nurture long-term relationships with job seekers Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Manage candidate pipeline through the full recruitment life cycle, from application to onboarding Update and track candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices in talent acquisition What We're Looking For: Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or staffing (preferred but not required) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport and maintain strong candidate relationships Goal-oriented mindset with a “never give up” attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-centered environment Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with Microsoft Office and use of recruitment tools
