ROLE IMPACT As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large, diverse workforce across multiple locations. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help maintain payroll integrity while providing exceptional service to employees and internal stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for 60K employees across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and perform related financial analysis • Enter and maintain employee data, run payroll processes, calculate manual checks, and issue stop payments • Ensure payroll compliance by auditing data and monitoring system updates • Respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service to operational staff MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training preferred • 1–3 years of payroll or data entry experience preferred • 1–3 years using payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos) preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • ADP • Kronos • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Payroll processing platforms • Internal HRIS and audit systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in high-volume environments • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Arlington123 By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
