Job Description Job Description Title: Logistics Sales Coordinator / Logistics Account Manager Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 Pay: $19–$21/hr bonus potential Schedule: Full-time, On-site Candidates must NOT have an active non-compete agreement Join a fast-growing 3rd-party logistics company in Charlotte! We coordinate freight across the U.S. and Canada in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We're seeking sales-minded, driven individuals who are looking to grow their careers with a well-established organization. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to shippers, carriers, and manufacturers Solicit new business from shippers, manufacturers, and distributors Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipment requirements Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships Dispatch carriers and track shipments from pickup to delivery Post freight on load boards and secure carriers to book loads Troubleshoot and resolve carrier/driver issues Maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance Accurately enter shipment and customer data into internal systems and CRM Support the sales team with lead generation and outreach Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required True "hunter mentality" with a drive to win new business Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with solid computer proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales, dispatch, or logistics is a plus—training is provided
