Traffic Management Operative Salary: Competitive Location: Bargeddie (Fixed Location) Our client is seeking a dedicated Traffic Management Operative to join their team. As a key player in their operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow throughout their highways projects and maintenance operations. Your role is pivotal in meeting client expectations and maintaining effective communication with both clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and remove traffic management systems as per project requirements. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations while keeping accurate work and task records. Participate in both winter and summer maintenance standby, including emergency callouts. Collaborate effectively with the Highways Supervisor, Depot Manager, and H&S Department to uphold project timelines and standards. Challenge current policies and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in the traffic management industry. Valid 12D Qualifications (M1, M2, M5). Possess a valid driving licence and the ability to maintain a positive, proactive attitude. Demonstrated awareness of diversity and commitment to ethical standards. Passionate about contributing to our client's values and goals. Desirable: Additional 12D Qualifications (M3, M4, M6) and 12B (LTMO, IPV) certifications, as well as an HGV Class 2 driving licence with valid CPC.
