O Gerente de Facilities (Soft Services) será responsável por liderar e garantir a excelência operacional dos serviços de apoio corporativo, assegurando a melhor experiência para colaboradores e visitantes. Atuará na gestão estratégica de contratos, fornecedores e equipes internas, buscando eficiência, inovação e sustentabilidade nas operações de limpeza, portaria, recepção, copa, jardinagem e demais serviços de apoio.Este profissional terá papel fundamental na estratégia de Workplace Experience, na otimização de custos e na promoção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro, acolhedor e produtivo. Responsabilidades Gerir e supervisionar todos os contratos de Soft Services: limpeza, portaria, recepção, copa, jardinagem, transporte, mensageria, entre outros;* Liderar o time de Facilities e fornecedores, garantindo padrões de qualidade, produtividade e compliance contratual;* Planejar e executar o orçamento anual da área, monitorando custos, oportunidades de saving e eficiência operacional;* Estabelecer e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e SLAs), assegurando níveis de serviço alinhados aos objetivos da empresa;* Desenvolver e implementar planos de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e iniciativas de sustentabilidade (gestão de resíduos, uso racional de insumos, ESG);* Apoiar projetos corporativos de expansão, mudanças e ocupação de espaços;* Garantir conformidade com normas internas e requisitos legais (saúde, segurança e meio ambiente);* Realizar reuniões de performance e auditorias operacionais com prestadores de serviço;* Atuar em parceria com as áreas de EHS, Segurança Patrimonial, Engenharia, Compras, Sustentabilidade e RH. Requisitos Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Arquitetura ou Gestão de Facilities Vivência e conhecimentos sólidos em Soft Services e gestão de equipes multidisciplinares e fornecedores Vivência com gestão orçamentária, negociação de contratos e indicadores de performance Sólidos conhecimentos em facilities management, workplace, ESG e sustentabilidade Domínio de ferramentas de Excel / Google Sheets e sistemas de gestão de Facilities* Desejável: Espanhol ou inglês intermediário ou avançado* Diferenciais: certificações como CFM, IFMA, LEED ou ISO 41001 Modalidade: Presencial (segunda-feira a sexta-feira) Localização: Osasco - São Paulo/SPA JLL tem uma cultura diversa e inclusiva.
