Job Description

Education & Experience Degree or Diploma in Fashion Buying, Retail, Business, or related field. 35 years experience in fashion/accessories buying or product development (kidswear or FMCG experience advantageous). Experience working with international suppliers, preferably China / Far East. Skills & Competencies Strong trend forecasting ability and product development experience. Commercial mindset with solid analytical and numerical ability. Advanced Excel skills (costing, pivot tables, sales reporting). Confident negotiator with strong communication skills. Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines. Creative eye for design, colour, materials, and packaging. Other Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel locally and internationally for sourcing trips and trade shows. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
