THE ROLE We’re looking for a Technical Lead to design and optimize enterprise systems, lead a team of developers, and collaborate cross‑functionally on key technology initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll craft scalable solutions across ERP, supply chain, logistics, and web development, ensuring our systems are efficient, reliable, and ready to support business growth. YOUR CHALLENGE Enterprise Systems & Operations Oversee and enhance systems supporting finance, supply chain, and logistics, ensuring data consistency and operational excellence. Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, and more to translate business needs into robust, scalable system architectures. Architecture & Back‑End Development Design and maintain back‑end services using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI. Develop and integrate secure, high‑performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs following industry best practices. Project & Team Leadership Lead cross‑functional projects from concept to deployment, working closely with stakeholders and external partners. Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot complex issues effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and strong system performance. Work extensively with SQL to ensure data integrity and optimize query performance; experience with PostgreSQL and BigQuery is a nice to have. Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure), with a focus on scalability and reliability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerize Docker applications to streamline development cycles and uphold code quality. Promote DevOps best practices, including monitoring, logging, and incident response. YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF… 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on back‑end development and enterprise integrations. Strong proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI), including distributed task processing. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and Git version control. Proficiency in unit testing (PyTest, Unittest); experience with TDD is a plus. Exposure to DevOps practices and advanced CI/CD tooling. Solid experience in API design (RESTful, GraphQL) with strong understanding of authentication and security. Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems; logistics experience is a plus. Knowledge of message brokers and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). Experience with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify APIs) is a plus. Experience in the retail or fashion sector is advantageous but not required. Soft Skills Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a technical team.
