TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink Systems, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Columbus, OH (onsite) Contract Duration: 16 weeks Working hours: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Total Weekly hours: 36 ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 Weekends - variable based on unit needs No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff *Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule *First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Second week is 36hrs of on-unit orientation with a preceptor If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. 2 Years of Experience Required Patient Age group Adults Geriatrics Patient Diagnoses The most common diagnoses include all subtypes of the following: Breast Cancer Lung Cancer Prostate Cancer Pancreatic Cancer Colon Cancer Esophageal Cancer Encounter for antineoplastic chemotherapy Special Procedures/Unit Details 17 James cares for ALL solid tumor cancers throughout the spectrum of their cancer journey; from new diagnosis, through treatment, and also assisting with transition to end of life care.
