Job Description
As a customer service teamleader in this logistics company, you will lead a team to ensure excellent customer service is delivered. This role requires organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the logistics department. Client Details You will be working for a large corporate organization with locations worldwide. The Helmond site is the tech unit, where 50% of the people work in the office and 50% of the people in the warehouse. The team has a dynamic atmosphere with a hands-on mentality. You'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and learn within an organization like this. The team consists of 1 CS Manager, 2 CS teamleaders. You will be in charge of 8 CS people. Description As Customer service teamlead: Act as the main point of contact for escalated client queries and resolve issues promptly. Analyse customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the customer service department. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. You manage the agreed customer conditions and take part in operational meetings with key clients; You excel at guiding the personal and professional development of your team members. In addition, you ensure the promotion and implementation of improvement proposals related to operational and administrative process flows; You prepare reports and analyses on performance, progress, and margins, and you make adjustments where necessary to achieve the KPIs; You have a monitoring role in stock control and forecasting, and you act proactively when needed; You ensure the initiation and coordination of projects. Profile A successful customer service teamleader should have: You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking; You have a customer-service mindset with communication and service as top priorities; You have strong analytical skills; You have at least 2 years of experience as a manager of a customer service department; You are assertive and able to handle stress well; You are available for at least 40 hours per week; You have an excellent command of English, spoken and written.
