Housekeeper Manager Incorporate new staff, ensuring they have received the correct training. Manage the schedules and tasks of the housekeeping team. Handle guest communication and address complaints. Manage the reception inventory/stock and ensure office supply materials are properly ordered. Ensure synergy in daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance. Guarantee customer service standards. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facilities: coordinate with reception to verify that rooms are ready for guests, ensuring cleaning services are properly conducted. Work together with the housekeeping staff to keep bathrooms, kitchens, floors, desks, fans, offices, carpets, F&B areas, etc., clean. Notify the Operations Manager of necessary supplies (inventory) for ordering. Keep the kitchen clean and fully stocked with necessary utensils. Assist with any daily purchases or other tasks to keep the hotel in order. Requirements For The Role Ability to work as part of a team. More than 2 years of experience as a team leader.
