External Sales Representative (Paint experience)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the paint industry. Promote and sell paint products, coatings, and related supplies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits. Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to clients as needed. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support product launches and promotions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in sales, preferably in the paint, coatings, or related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies. Ability to provide technical guidance and support to clients. Strong customer service orientation.
