We’re Hiring: Bilingual (Creole–English) Customer Service Representative Are you fluent in Spanish and English ? Do you have a passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer support? Position: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative Schedule: 5 days a week (EST hours) Salary: USD $700/month Location: Remote Job Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients in both English and Spanish . Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers. Resolve queries, record details, and escalate complex cases when required. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written). Prior customer service or call center experience required. Experience in healthcare customer support will be considered a strong plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
