Your role Apply AI, advanced analytics, and optimization techniques to solve complex supply chain challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business consultants, to implement cutting‑edge supply chain solutions. What Skills Are We Looking For? Basic Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. ✔ Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). ✔ 3‑4 years of experience in Data & AI or related fields (we are hiring at different experience levels). Key Technical Skills Programming: Python, R, SQL Operation Research & Simulation: LP, ILP, Heuristics/Meta‑Heuristics, Discrete Events Simulation, digital twins. Machine Learning & AI: Forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization algorithms. Generative AI: LLMs, AI‑driven scenario generation, synthetic data modeling, and workflow automation. Cloud & Big Data: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI/ML services. Supply Chain Solutions: Familiarity with o9, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar tools. Data Engineering & Visualization: Large‑scale data processing, market solutions/platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, …), and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Soft & Strategic Skills Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze supply chain challenges and design AI‑driven solutions. Business Acumen: Understanding the impact of AI and analytics on supply chain efficiency, resilience, and cost reduction. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
