About the Role Radlink has a new opportunity for a Head of Operations. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer this role is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving regional performance, profitability, and operational excellence across the organisation. This role holds Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for each region through the Regional Business Managers and directly manages the Western Australia region. The Head of Operations also leads National Logistics, Procurement, and Technical Support functions, including technical workshops, ensuring these areas operate efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with business objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, this position ensures strategic alignment, accurate resourcing forecasts, and the prioritisation of high-impact projects that deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities Act as the Regional Business Manager for Western Australia Oversee profitability and cost-effectiveness of technical workshops, including individual P&L performance, resource utilisation, and contribution to overall business margins Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement teams to minimise waste during project execution, reduce aging stock, negotiate improved supplier terms and conditions, and optimise inventory levels to support financial and operational efficiency Work with the Head of Account Management to deliver managed services by leveraging technical workshop resources and ensuring alignment between operational capacity and client service delivery Partner with Regional Managers to understand local operational needs and challenges Collaborate with the Business Controller, Head of Project Delivery, HR, and SHEQ Managers to ensure accurate resourcing forecasts and operational readiness Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, profitability, and business integration Review and approve tender and bid estimates in collaboration with key stakeholders Ensure prioritisation of projects that deliver the highest commercial and strategic value Contribute to margin protection and delivery efficiency through strategic project selection and oversight Comply with Radlink HSEQ Policy, including reporting all near misses and incidents promptly and accurately, following established procedures Support management in contributing to a zero-harm safety culture through adherence to standards and guidelines Promote and maintain a positive culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional conduct Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (desirable) Postgraduate qualification in Management or Leadership (desirable) Proven experience in senior operational leadership, preferably in a multi-regional or national context Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong financial acumen Expertise in logistics, procurement, and technical support operations Experience in tender evaluation, project prioritisation, and delivery optimisation Proven ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Commercially minded with a focus on profitability efficiency, and sustainable growth Strong leadership presence, communication, and influence Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment Understanding of HSEQ compliance across multiple disciplines Benefits Training and development opportunities Salary sacrifice arrangements Sickness and accident Insurance Paid parental leave Employee assistance program Rostered days off Employee referral bonus Corporate discounts on private health Insurance Flexible Work Arrangements Radlink is a part of Epiroc family, and we invite you to join us and become a part of a dynamic, supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for career progression on a global scale, training and personal growth.
