Customer service & sales assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic person with teamwork skills to join our sales team. It is essential that you are fluent in English and speak a second language (preferably French or Italian, but any other language is also acceptable), and that you are CRM proficient. Possibility of occasional travel to attend trade fairs. Your role will include: · Order management: order entry, tracking and dispatch. · Management of customer requests, complaints, incidents, etc. · Telephone and email support to customers. · Follow-up of the production process of orders. · Order delivery notes, shipping and transport management. · Invoicing of dispatched delivery notes. · Follow-up of outstanding invoices, recovery of outstanding payments. · Manage export procedures. · Representation of the company at trade fairs, together with the rest of the sales team.
