Project Coordinator

Responsibilities : Procurement & Supply : Place orders with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and handle invoice processing. Logistics & Inventory : Coordinate all shipping and warehouse activities, track shipments, and inspect goods for quality upon arrival. Installation & Customer Handover : Schedule deliveries with installers, oversee final customer delivery, and obtain customer sign-off upon completion. Payment Coordination : Confirm project completion to trigger customer invoicing and payment collection. Qualifications : With at least 2 years relevant industry experience or similar job experience. Fluent Spanish & English as this job involves certain frequency of business travel to the UK. IMPORTANT PROMPT : This position will be signing the employment contract by the 3rd human resource outsourcing organisation.
