About the Role The Stock Room Associate will join the parts department, supporting the machine-building and data center fabrication teams. You’ll be responsible for verifying, labeling, and organizing parts so that production teams have what they need when they need it. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and wants to grow into a long-term role with strong overtime opportunities and career advancement potential. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming machined and purchased parts Label and organize inventory in proper locations Maintain detailed tracking through Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365 Pull and deliver parts to the production floor as needed Support the assembly and machine-building teams with accurate, on-time parts management What We’re Looking For 1 year of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel (ERP system experience preferred) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big plus Reliable, motivated, and open to overtime opportunities Why You’ll Love It Stable company with over 100 years of industry experience Fast-growing segment with major data center manufacturing projects 20 hours of overtime available weekly Hands-on training and clear path for advancement Supportive leadership that invests in long-term team development Immediate start available — urgent, high-priority hire!
