Just steps from the Capitol and surrounded by the city’s finest dining, shopping, and lakefront views, this property offers an elevated living experience that demands exceptional management and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end residential property, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation. Manage resident relations with a personalized, hospitality-inspired approach. Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services with a focus on discretion and efficiency. Supervise property staff and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and property performance metrics. Curate exclusive resident experiences and foster a community of luxury living. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of property management or estate management experience, preferably in luxury or boutique environments. Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or real estate management. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with property management software and financial reporting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a seamless resident experience.
