We have an opening for a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver at our Madison, WI facility. Warehouse Associate Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver : 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Receive and process stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment. Occasionally the Warehouse/ back updriver fills in making deliveries to other businesses. Perform other associated responsibilities as assigned Sub for driver routes when they are out. Qualifications Requires basic experience warehouse, picking and packing experience, under close supervision. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Must have good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) Experience with RF scanning, a plus Good organization and time management skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically A valid driver license and clean driving record Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements. Pay range: $18-$20/hr. based on experience This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, and skills.
