We are hiring Crew Leaders / Working Managers who can lead in the field and help support growth during weather downtime and the winter season. This is a leadership position with year-round stability, hands-on work, and paid opportunities to generate new business . Position: Crew Leader / Working Manager Pay: $1,200–$1,500 per week (based on leadership & experience) Schedule: 4-day and 5-day work week options Employment: Full-time with year-round opportunity Benefits: Weekly W2 payroll Uniforms gear allowance Earned paid time off after one year Growth and advancement with a proven, expanding company Year-round earning potential (Landscaping Winter Sales Incentives) Leadership Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members Train and develop new hires on proper techniques and safety Ensure quality standards are met on all job sites Communicate professionally with clients and team members Perform hands-on work alongside your crew Landscaping Responsibilities (Green Season) Mulching, trimming, planting, clean-ups, and landscape maintenance Operate professional mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment Load, haul, and install landscape materials Complete daily work routes efficiently and with high quality ❄️ Winter Responsibilities (Snow Season) Lead plow route or sidewalk crew operations Operate trucks, plows, skid steers, blowers, and salt spreaders Apply salt and de-icing materials safely On-call response during snow events (weather dependent) Sales Responsibilities (Rain Days & Off-Season) Conduct property walk-throughs and job estimates Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and onsite visits Upsell add-on services (mulch, clean-ups, plantings, power washing, etc.) Participate in lead follow-up and customer relationship building Support winter sales for plowing and seasonal services Sales experience is required. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable, and able to communicate value. Requirements Leadership / crew management experience required Sales experience required (landscaping, service industry, contracting, or related field) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Strong communication, responsibility, and team mindset Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Experience with landscaping and/or snow equipment preferred (training available) Why Believeland?
