The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process while maintaining a strong knowledge of our inventory and the automotive market. Duties Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory control and market trends. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize inventory management. Perform outbound sales activities to generate leads and expand the customer base. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information about financing options, warranties, and service plans. Participate in public speaking engagements or community events to promote the dealership and its offerings. Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets and improve overall performance. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory control and sales analysis. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong public speaking skills for engaging presentations to customers or at events. A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
