As an RMA Operative, you will play a crucial role in managing the return merchandise authorisation process within the Maritime communications sector. Inspect and evaluate returned products to determine their condition and eligibility for return or repair. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of RMA cases. Maintain accurate records of all returned items and update the system accordingly. Collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory and stock levels effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to returns and repairs. Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve RMA-related issues. Provide regular reports on RMA activities and performance metrics. Profile A successful RMA OPERATIVE should have: Knowledge of return merchandise authorisation processes and procedures.
