Job Description GM Financial International Operations conducts business in Latin America and China. International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. Responsibilities Research various internal requests to determine appropriate course of action and follow through to resolution Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources and technical requirement documentation Utilize technical aspects within Salesforce such as Apex triggers, classes and batch jobs Develop enhancements to Salesforce.com and related systems Provide ongoing technical support of existing integrated Salesforce applications Analyze and identify technical needs within Salesforce and Website integration Lead the design for integration of SFDC. Design and develop solutions in LWC and Apex. Conduct technical process, design and build reviews with the engineering team Leadership of technical objectives relevant to implementation, design for specifications, and running technical architecture meetings Evangelize best practice implementation experience of SFDC and Force.com implementations Conduct “Whiteboard” sessions to define roadmap of implementations with key business and IT owners, and lead meetings to derive key requirements and demonstrate potential solutions with SFDC Meet expectations and deliverables on time Be a self-starter and operate as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes Perform other duties as assigned Conform with all company policies and procedures Qualifications 5-7 years of Salesforce experience; advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Advanced working knowledge of reporting systems and languages to include SQL Must have a good understanding of automotive, financial services or other highly-regulated industries Must understand and embrace the principles of GM Financial Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers Ability to manage assigned tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations Advanced analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Good Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management skills Solid ability to select, lead, evaluate, and develop employees Additional Skills Messaging: RabbitMQ, Eventbus/Hub, Platform Events AI Capabilities: ChatGPT, Github Co-pilot, GenAI tech stacks, Einstein AI, AgentForce Pipeline Automation: Azure DevOps (YAML, ARM), Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Octopus Deploy Code Scanning: SonarQube, Checkmarx Source Code repos: Git API: Apigee, OpenAPI, Event Catalog, API Gateway, Apex Rest API UI: Angular/React CSS, Node.js, ASP.NET MVC, Salesforce Lightning, Experience Cloud Salesforce Technologies: Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations Scripting and Programming: Java or C# .net, Javacript/Typescript, Python Test Automation: Xamarin.UITest, Specflow, Selenium, Postman, Maven, TestNG, Jmeter, Cypress Operating systems: Windows, Linux Cloud Native: AWS, GCP, Azure Licences And Certifications Salesforce Application Architect - Preferred Salesforce Javascript Developer I - Preferred Salesforce Application developer II - Preferred Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
