Job Title Supervisor(a) – Seguros CHUBB, Lar garantido e proteção diária Salary & Benefits Salary: R$ 2,074.34 (5th working day of the month) Benefits: Auxílio combustível R$ 700.00 VA R$142.00 VR R$15.00/day (bimonthly) Internet subsidy. Vehicle: Own car required. Bonificação available. Initially reimbursement for fuel and VR after 5 workdays. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM. Saturday: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM. Location São José do Egito, Pernambuco. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High school (complete). License: Valid driver's license category B. Vehicle: Own car. Availability: Total travel willingness. Responsibilities • Manage a sales team for home insurance products. • Plan routes and coordinate field strategies. • Conduct market visits and sales pitches for Lar garantido and protection daily packages. • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with scheduling and travel protocols. Desired Experience Less than 1 year of experience in sales or field management preferred.
