Executive Account Representative – São Paulo VinilSul, one of Brazil’s leading distributors of visual communication equipment, is recruiting an Executive Account Representative to join our full‑time (CLT) team in São Paulo. Key responsibilities include: monitoring the client portfolio, prospecting new accounts, maintaining an updated CRM record, supporting the sales team, managing delivery processes, executing sales strategies, providing financial information for credit analysis, and participating in incentive campaigns, training, trade shows, and events. Monitor and support the client portfolio with external sales representatives. Prospect new clients, make active calls, and keep the CRM updated. Respond to requests, gather data, and support client relationship management. Track delivery processes, complaints, and returns. Execute sales strategies and collaborate with the commercial team on negotiations. Provide financial information for credit analysis. Participate in incentive campaigns, training, trade shows, and events. Required qualifications : High school diploma, or undergraduate studies in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. Commercial experience, client service, or account management. Knowledge of CRM systems and Office package (especially Excel). Active prospecting skills (calls, e‑mails, social networks).
