Job Summary Operations Analyst is responsible for ensure and improve overall performance, efficiency and timely delivery, to maximize service levels and profitability. What You’ll Do Here: Supervise and control inventory and flow of goods. Perform analysis and tracking of key logistics performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and resolve supply chain-related issues. Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure efficient flow of goods. Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and activities. Participate in continuous improvement of Operations and Logistics processes. Provide regular reports and analysis on Operations and Logistics performance. Skills You Will Need Here: Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineer strongly preferred and a proven, successful track record in a prior Logistics position. Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Knowledge of warehouse and transportation regulations. Proficiency in tools and software such as WMS, Oracle / SAP ERPs, etc. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other departments. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role Highly flexible and adaptable to change. High energy and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerBi.
