Job Description Job Description Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly and adjustments on complex production equipment or components. Support on-floor engineers by executing technical tasks, troubleshooting, and assisting with process maintenance. Operate and monitor technical production machinery, including 3D printers, ensuring output meets quality specifications. Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) for accurate tracking, issuing, and receiving of parts and materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized technical work environment, strictly following all safety procedures. Execute structured production tasks and procedures, meticulously documenting steps and results. Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, assembly technician, or technical production environments. Demonstrated ability to perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks and use associated tools. Familiarity with and ability to use enterprise inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle. Experience operating within a structured, technical production (e.g., 3D printing) environment. Documented strong employment history reflecting reliability, commitment to safety, and tenure. A high school diploma or equivalent technical certification. Nice-to-Have Qualifications 1 year of experience in a role classified as a Service Technician or similar technical support function. Direct experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) processes or equipment. A professional certification or Associate's Degree in a technical field.
