As Commodity Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that sourcing strategies are robust, cost-effective and aligned with both operational and project requirements. You’ll act as a vital interface between engineering, production, and supply chain teams, managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers across the UK and internationally. What you’ll be doing: Developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple business portfolios Supporting production continuity and new product introduction projects Collaborating with engineering, operations, and programme teams to manage material and supplier performance Negotiating commercial agreements and identifying opportunities for value improvement Analysing supply chain data to drive informed decision-making and mitigate risk What we’re looking for: Proven background in procurement or supply chain management within aerospace, defence, or regulated engineering sectors Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a detail-focused mindset Experience engaging with complex supplier networks A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and passion for engineering-led environments Why join: You’ll be joining a highly respected engineering manufacturer with a global reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability.
