Working Hours: 07.00 am to FINISH , Monday to Friday 37 Hours working alternate weekends ?? Hourly Rate: £13.26/hour ?? Key Responsibilities Carry out daily vehicle checks. Report any faults or maintenance issues promptly. Complete all required transport documentation and comply with transport legislation. Drive safely and courteously, following the Highway Code. Ensure vehicles are cleaned and emptied at the end of shifts. Dispose of waste at licensed facilities, following environmental rules. Sweep streets, remove litter, leaves, and animal waste. Empty and clean litter and dog bins. Remove fly-tips, graffiti, fly-posting, and sharps. Participate in winter maintenance (snow and ice clearance). Operate street cleaning machinery and tools safely. Support temporary staff and collaborate with other teams or contractors. ?? Requirements Full UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonnes). Will be happy to undertake manual work not just driving, helping and leading your team Will be happy to work in all types of weathers. Safe and confident driving of Transit-sized caged vehicles. Ability to perform daily checks on vehicles and tools. Read and follow written instructions. Work effectively in a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
