Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner

What we offer: Part Time Competitive pay rates Dedicated Consultants available 24/7 to support your employment needs Fast clearance process for a smooth start Friendly, supportive school environment Responsibilities of a Early Years Practitioner: Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5 Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues Promote children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of care Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times What we require from a Early Years Practitioner: Hold a recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or above (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC) Previous experience working in an early years setting Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Strong communication and interpersonal skills Warm, caring, and patient approach to working with young children A commitment to promoting equal opportunities and safeguarding At least 6 months experience within the last 2 years ideally within Early Years Enhanced DBS check on the online update service or willing to get one Ability to provide two professional childcare references within the last 2 years If you’re ready to inspire young minds and advance your teaching career, apply today
