What You’ll Be Doing Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead positive change initiatives. Collaborate: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and support Team Leaders and colleagues to deliver outstanding performance across picking, loading, and dispatch. Drive Efficiency: Analyse performance metrics to optimise cost control, accuracy, and productivity. Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands every night. Champion Safety: Promote a culture of health and safety, embedding “clean as you go” best practice What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven background supervising or coaching first-line managers in a warehouse or logistics environment. Skills: Strong IT and analytical skills, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. Leadership: Ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams — even under pressure. Qualifications: Good level of spoken English; GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) desirable.
