About the Role: To be responsible for resolving manufacturing or fitting issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, warm roofs and conservatory roofs Small amount of joinery work (skirting and laminate) To provide excellent Customer Service whilst at customers properties To be responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times To support Customer Services to assist with resolving production issues as and when required What we are looking for: Previous experience in all aspects of warm roofs, conservatories, window, door and bi-fold manufacturing including fitting doors and windows Previous joinery experience in fitting skirting and laminate flooring The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc The ability to measure sizes accurately with the relevant measuring tools Excellent product knowledge If the above sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
