Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and company standards. Drive value engineering and maintain commercial awareness throughout the design process. Manage technical documentation, specifications, and approvals. Act as the primary point of contact for all design-related queries. Ideal Candidate Background: Architectural, engineering, or technical/draughtsman experience, ideally gained within a contractor environment. Strong understanding of construction processes and technical detailing. Commercially astute with the ability to balance design quality and cost efficiency. Excellent communication and leadership skills, willing to stand your corner on matters that count. Proficient in design software and technical documentation.
