What You'll Do Strategic Leadership: Partner with C-suite executives to drive data-informed decision-making Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans across multiple brands Design and implement action plans to optimize revenue streams and cost structures Financial Excellence: Deliver comprehensive financial analysis for commercial decisions, including risk assessments and RFP evaluations Oversee forecasting accuracy and business performance tracking Ensure seamless monthly close processes in collaboration with accounting teams Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team Foster a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor Your Profile Required Experience & Skills: ✓ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control ✓ 3 years leading finance teams in international, matrix organizations ✓ Background in operational or retail sectors strongly preferred ✓ Deep expertise in US GAAP or IFRS ✓ Advanced proficiency in BI tools ✓ Fluent English/ French Why This Opportunity?
