Job Description

About the Role Relative FW is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to keep our customer care, purchasing, and logistics operations running seamlessly. If you’re a natural multitasker with strong communication skills and a positive attitude, you’ll thrive in our collaborative, close-knit Toronto team. We’re a design-focused company that not only creates our own products but also curates an exceptional collection of flooring from select European manufacturers exclusive to the North American market. Our clients include leading architects and designers, and our sustainable flooring solutions have been featured in projects of all scales around the world. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, design-driven organization that values reliability, strong supplier relationships, and operational excellence, with real potential for career growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems; identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows. Process customer and internal orders accurately and promptly; maintain and update order records in company systems. Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and in person — resolving issues, escalating complex cases, and offering after-sales support when required. Coordinate purchasing and supplier relations: place and track orders, manage lead times, resolve supplier issues, and ensure timely deliveries. Oversee logistics and freight coordination for inbound and outbound shipments; liaise with carriers and warehouse partners. Communicate proactively with clients about order status, delays, or delivery issues. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on orders, inventory, supplier performance, and customer service metrics. Monitor team progress, identify gaps, and propose operational improvements. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative personnel; manage task allocation and office organization. Assist with the preparation and coordination of promotional materials or events as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications 2 years of experience in administrative coordination or customer service; experience in purchasing, logistics, flooring, building materials, or distribution is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, upbeat, and customer-focused approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, inventory, or order management systems preferred. Comfortable analyzing data and preparing concise reports. Willingness to contribute to recruitment, training, and process improvement initiatives. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits (details shared during the interview process). A collaborative, fast-paced workplace based in our brand-new Toronto showroom. Opportunities to grow into expanded roles in operations, purchasing, or customer care.
