Job Description

Bilingual Call Center Representative Location: Mount Royal Salary: $22/hour Temporary Position Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls promptly and professionally. Provide solutions for unsatisfactory service issues while adhering to company policies and procedures. Offer first-level technical and general support to stores. Document, track, and follow up on all customer interactions. Support e-commerce sales by assisting customers with product information, promotions, returns, and exchange policies. Identify opportunities to improve customer service practices, tools, and systems. Enhance brand loyalty through exceptional service. Participate in special projects as assigned. Requirements Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends. You must be available on week days ( days or evening shifts ) with at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory The broader the availability, the more shifts and long-term opportunities you will have. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. College diploma (DEC, technical, or community college diploma). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center environment. Proficiency in computer systems and applications. Bilingual (French & English) – written and spoken (priority will be given to bilingual candidates). Strong unilingual candidates may still be presented, but bilingual candidates will be prioritized.
