About AmpliSell AmpliSell is a growth partner for consumer brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Retail Media, and paid UGC. We combine hands-on channel management with content and ads to drive profitable revenue. Your Mission Book qualified appointments on the calendar by running a high-quality outbound system across LinkedIn, email, and phone. What You’ll Do You will own the top of the funnel by starting conversations, generating interest, and converting prospects into booked meetings. Each day you will run a structured outbound system designed to produce consistent call bookings. You will follow a documented outreach process across LinkedIn, email, and phone. You will research prospects, personalize messages, send connection requests, make outbound calls, and log all activity. You’ll review each profile before outreach, adapt your messaging based on context, and keep the pipeline moving through steady, intentional touches. You will provide daily reporting, share patterns you notice in replies and objections, and help refine messaging and targeting as you learn from real conversations. Your success comes from disciplined execution. Performance Expectations You will be measured on consistent outbound activity, quality of engagement, and the number of qualified meetings booked each week. Daily work will include a mix of LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and outbound calls. You are expected to create meaningful conversations, generate replies, and convert prospects into booked appointments. Primary Goal: Book qualified calls on the calendar. Ideal Profile and Qualifications C2-level English fluency (spoken and written) Successful experience with cold calling Strong outbound SDR or appointment-setting background Comfort researching prospects and personalizing messages Coachable, process-driven, and able to follow a system with precision Strong communicator: clear, confident, concise Compensation & Benefits Base: $1,600 to $2,000 - depends on experience and location (paid bi-weekly) Commission: $100 on every qualified meeting scheduled (paid each month) Benefits: English training provided with an English for business coach Fully remote role with flexible location Sales training provided with a sales coach Paid Time Off Fully Remote - work from anywhere
